Is Zariish jewellery really anti-tarnish?
Yes. All our pieces use a multi-layer anti-tarnish coating that resists sweat, moisture, sunscreen, and daily wear. With proper care, your jewellery stays bright for 1–2 years or more.
Can I wear Zariish jewellery in the shower?
We recommend removing jewellery before bathing or swimming for maximum longevity. Quick splashes are generally fine, but prolonged water exposure accelerates wear on any coated jewellery.
Is the jewellery nickel-free and skin-safe?
Yes, all Zariish jewellery is nickel-free and skin-safe. It is suitable for people with sensitive skin. If you have severe metal allergies, we recommend consulting your doctor before wearing any jewellery.
How do I care for my Zariish jewellery?
  • Store in the pouch provided when not wearing
  • Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, and hairspray
  • Clean with a soft dry cloth after wearing
  • Remove before swimming or bathing
  • Keep away from direct sunlight for long periods
What materials are used?
Our jewellery uses brass or zinc alloy base metal with anti-tarnish electroplating in gold, silver, or rose gold finishes. All materials are tested and skin-safe.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are secured by Razorpay.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available across most of India. A convenience fee of ₹30 may apply. COD is subject to availability in your area.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us on WhatsApp. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Modifications (address changes) can be made before dispatch.
I didn't receive an order confirmation email — is my order placed?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If you completed payment and the order page showed a success message, your order is confirmed. Contact us with your name and phone number and we'll resend the confirmation.
Is it safe to enter my card details on Zariish?
Absolutely. We use Razorpay, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. We never store your card details on our servers.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Metro cities (Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru etc.): 3–5 business days. Tier 2 cities: 4–6 business days. Remote areas: 6–10 business days. Orders before 2 PM are dispatched the same day.
What is the shipping charge?
Free shipping on orders above ₹999. A flat ₹99 shipping charge applies on orders below ₹999.
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, you receive an SMS and email with a tracking number and courier link. You can also track via My Orders page on our website.
Do you deliver outside India?
We currently deliver only within India. International shipping is being planned for the near future.
My order shows delivered but I haven't received it.
Please check with neighbours and building security first. If not found, contact us within 24 hours of the delivery update — we will raise a dispute with the courier and get it resolved.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects or wrong items delivered. Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags intact.
How do I initiate a return?
WhatsApp or email us with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a free pickup from your address within 1–2 business days.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Bank processing time for card/UPI refunds may add 2–3 additional days.
Can I exchange a product?
We don't currently support direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund, then place a new order for the desired item.
Can I return a gift item?
Gift items (customised gift boxes) are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
