2. Products & Pricing
- All product prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice

- We reserve the right to limit quantities per order
- We do not guarantee that products will always be in stock
All our jewellery is described as anti-tarnish. Longevity depends on usage and care. We recommend following the care guide for best results.
3. Orders & Payments
- An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed
- We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking (via Razorpay) and Cash on Delivery
- COD orders are subject to availability in your area
- In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order
- Fraudulent orders or orders with suspicious activity will be cancelled and reported
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver across India via our courier partners
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days from order confirmation
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location or courier delays
- We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control
5. Returns & Refunds
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects or wrong items
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact
- Custom or personalised items are not eligible for return
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

6. Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
