1. What Can Be Returned
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- Manufacturing defect (broken clasp, incorrect plating, structural issue)
- Wrong item delivered (different product or variant than ordered)
- Item significantly different from product description
- Damaged in transit (must be reported within 48 hours)
Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags intact and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer
- Gift box items (customised orders)
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Items returned after 7 days from delivery
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale
3. How to Return
Step 1 — Initiate Return
Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. Attach clear photos of the item and packaging.
Step 2 — Approval
We will review your request within 24 hours and send you a return approval with pickup instructions.
Step 3 — Ship the Item
Our courier partner will collect the item from your address at no charge (for eligible returns). Do not ship the item yourself without approval.
Step 4 — Inspection & Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item (1–2 business days), your refund will be initiated.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after return inspection
- Refund is credited to the original payment method
- UPI/Card refunds: 5–7 business days (bank processing time varies)
- COD refunds: transferred to your bank account within 7 business days
- Shipping charges (₹99) are refunded only if the return is due to our error
5. Exchanges
We currently do not support direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item:
- Return the original item (following the process above)
- Place a new order for the desired item
- Your refund will be processed independently
6. COD Order Refunds
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via bank transfer. You will need to provide:
- Your bank account number
- IFSC code
- Account holder name
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving bank details.
